And so we get the last misunderstanding, not one that leads to a bad ending, though. From what I learned about her she is writing about something she knows a farm girl. Relationships have many phases that it goes through, it starts with the dating phase and the meeting the parents phase, continues with the living together and getting married phase, moves into the having children and retirement phase, and finally ends with the golden years and widowing phase. This shows the exterior view one more time.
