It can't be too thick or too airy, it needs to be just right and this spot I think they were too airy for me. There are 2 rooms with plenty of sitting space. However because of the competitiveenvironment it is not recommended and therefore is not the selected strategy. From that perspective it's definitely a sweet spot. They also have decent food, snacks and the attitude of their staff is friendly. For a café it definitely needs improvement! The cafe had a lot of personality and the food was decent. They are based however on the West coast of Canada, British Columbia. I would recommend coming earlier. The first thing I saw on the menu was the fluffy beignets so I decided to get three of them for my friends and I. This looked like the place to go and hang out while working or catching up with a friend. There were lots of interesting wares and goods to look at for sale while I awaiting my pumpkin spiced latte. It is clear from the table that Q1 is the weakest time of year and perhaps some new innovative strategies could help increase sales here.

Being on a budget, this is one of the best places to brunch for your money. Not only does it provide free parking but it is on the tracks to both Moel y Gemelin and Cryn-y-Brain which is probably enough to excuse the mediocre coffee. Service: Food came probably 20 minutes after ordering. I've had the pleasure of trying several dishes here including their Benedict, sandwiches, breakfast burrito, shrimp and grits, and beignets. The waitress was nice enough to bring a water bowl and even plated a grilled chicken breast for the 'goodest boy'! It seemed they didn't wash the leaves thoroughly. Very attentive to their tables. You definitely get the sense that this location would make a perfect university café for the Acadia crowd though.
I sat on a wobbly table that had traces of the last 5 people that probably sat there before me. Their website is actually pretty interesting with lots of information! It looked like a long wait when we got there, but we only waited for 8 minutes. It was so tasty, and I got to pick a real side which I normally never get to do because I'm always automatically given toast and potatoes which I always have to substitute. Overall it was a pleasant normal breakfast.
